ParamPointCollectionAdd(String) Method

Adds a new item to parameters collection.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentException	Thrown when name is a empty string.

Remarks

If the input name exists in collection, this function will not add new item, instead it will return existing item and change its value.
