InvalidOperationException	Thrown when TR55FlowSegment.FlowType is NOT TR55FlowSegmentType.FlowTypeChannel or TR55FlowSegmentType.FlowTypeShallowConc. Thrown when TR55FlowSegment.IsTravelTimeCalculated is false.

Remarks

This property is valid in TR-55 calculation when TR55FlowSegment.FlowType is TR55FlowSegmentType.FlowTypeChannel or TR55FlowSegmentType.FlowTypeShallowConc.
The unit of value is defined by the drawing unit in drawing settings (CivilDocument.Settings.DrawingSettings.UnitZoneSettings.DrawingUnits). Drawing Unit is feet: foot/sec.; Drawing unit is meter: meter/sec.
