This value applies when ExecludeMinimumElevation is True.

Exceptions

ExceptionCondition
System..::..InvalidOperationException Thrown when:
  1. Change MinimumElevation value on a TinVolumeSurface/GridVolumeSurface.
  2. Change MinimumElevation value on a surface that is imported from Tin or XML file.
