Gets or sets the draw priority collection for the PointGroups.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentException	Thrown when setting to a a collection with items that are not identical to the existing DrawOrders.

Remarks

The common usage is to get the draw priority collection, then re-order the items in collection, and then set value to the re-ordered collection.
All the PointGroups in the current database must be included in the collection when the property value is set.
