Gets or sets the number of the start station for this BaselineRegion.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentException	Thrown when setting to a new station which is 1. Out of the Baseline's range. 2. Greater than or Equal to the EndStation of the current region.

Remarks

Change the value of the StartStation of the current region may affect the value of the EndStation of it's previous region.
