Exceptions

Exception	Condition
InvalidOperationException	Thrown when the CogoPoint is a ProjectPoint and is not checked out, and the "Allow Checked-In Points to be Modified" setting is false.
ArgumentException	Thrown when: The PointName contains invalid characters such as "+", "*", "&" and "^". Another existing CogoPoint has the same PointName.

Remarks

If the PointName has not been set, this property returns String.Empty.
