sectionViewId ObjectId: The ObjectId of a SectionView in which the label is located.
sectionProjectionId ObjectId: The ObjectId of a feature object projected into the SectionView to label (object type SectionProjection, CogoPoint, FeatureLine or SurveyFigure).
labelStyleId ObjectId: The ObjectId of a SectionProjectionLabel style to use (object type LabelStyle).
