Gets or sets the lowest value allowed in the range.

Exception	Condition
ArgumentException	Thrown when: LowerBoundValue is greater than the DefaultValue when UseDefaultValue is true. LowerBoundValue is greater than the UpperBoundValue when UseDefaultValue is false.

Remarks

If LowerBoundInclusive is true, then this value is included in the range, otherwise it is not.
