Gets/Sets the compiste curve number of the catchment area.

Exception	Condition
InvalidOperationException	Thrown when RunoffMethod is ToC(TimeofConcentration). Thrown when RunoffMethod is SWMM and InfiltrationMethod not set to Curve Number.

Remarks

This value only works when RunoffMethod is SCS(SoilConservationService), SBUH(Santa Barbara Urban Hydrograph) or SWWM with InfiltrationMethod set to Curve Number.
