Gets/Sets the initial abstraction depth value for the catchment area.

Exception	Condition
InvalidOperationException	Thrown when RunoffMethod is ToC(TimeofConcentration). Thrown when InitialAbstractionType is Fraction.

Remarks

This value only works when RunoffMethod is SCS(SoilConservationService), and InitialAbstractionType is Depth.
