Creates a fixed Tangent defined by 2 pass-through points and previous entity id.

previousEntityId UInt32: Previous entity id to connect this entity. If previous entity is disconnected with the new entity, this parameter will be ommited.
startPoint Point2d: The first pass-through point.
endPoint Point2d: The second pass-through point.

Remarks

Point2d.X and Point2d.Y are the profile's station and elevation respectively.
