Parameters

name
Type: System..::..String
Name of the new parameter.
value
Type: System..::..String
Value of the new parameter.

Remarks

If the input name exists in the collection, this function will not add a new item. Instead it will return the existing item and change its value.

Exceptions

System..::..ArgumentException Thrown when name is an empty string.
