Remarks

The table's row height is determined by the highest character in the title.

System..::..ArgumentException Thrown when:
  1. The input value is out of the interval [0.00001, 10.0] in meteres drawing units.
  2. The input value is out of the interval [0.000033333333333333333333333333333333, 32.808398950131233595800524934383] in feet drawing units.
